From generation to generation, clean and pure rice has been passed down on this piece of sustainable green land.

Union Rice is seen as a green enterprise, and it has laid its foundations in the rice industry over four generations, keeping in mind the words of their ancestor, "Nature is the mother of all things.  In addition to laboring on the farmland, we also owe our deepest gratitude to the heavens and the earth."

Regarding our precious Mother Earth, we have worked hard in four different respect:

1. Cherish water resources and refrain from polluting rivers:  Union Rice has launched CAS certified rinse-free rice.

2. Practice eco-friendly and sustainable agriculture:  Union Rice encourages the use of low nitrogen fertilizer and adopts organie fertilizer in natural farming.

​

3. Redouce carbon emmissions and increase resource recycling:  Union Rice uses rice hulls as fuel, reducing 16,300 liters in oil use every year and eliminating 10,000 tons of carbon emission.

​

4. Encourage green fallow land:  Union Rice established special rice production-marketing areas to enhance product quality and increase farmers' profits.
